We have two new beers on today 4/28/19. Limited Quantity, so while supplies last! Also NO GROWLERS/CROWLERS of these two for now. First up is Pineapple Habaneron NK3, a New England Pale Ale with real pineapple and habanero coming in at 5% abv
Grand Opening
Our Grand Opening is only 4 days away! We are so excited and have been putting so much work into this project over the last year and especially the last few weeks, we can’t wait to share it with you! Coming very soon will be a little more details, but out Grand Opening is Sunday, March 10th at Noon!

Dunk Tank at Crooked Thumb
This past Sunday we took a 6 block trip over to the only Safety Harbor brewery, Crooked Thumb, to support a great cause, the Homeless Empowerment Program. We donated a couple Copperheads Taphouse growlers as well as Kevin jumped in the dunk tank to raise some money for a good cause.

Florida Brewers Guild Annual Conference
As we diligently work towards get
ting our brewing operations underway, we are taking a few days to attend the Florid Brewers Guild Annual conference. Lots of networking and vendor meetings, plus time for a beer or two.
Glycol Chiller Delivered
With the help of Crooked Thumb Brewery we unloaded our glycol chiller today. This beast will help us keep our fermentation tanks set at the perfect temperatures to keep the yeast nice and happy! Thanks Jason Toft and Crooked Thumb!

Melons for Moolah!
Recently we were able to pour two of our beers for Melons for Moolah charity event in Safety Harbor! We were able to raised several hundred dollars for charity!
Beer #1 – SMaSH Citra, a Single Malt, Single Hop beer featuring Citra. We fermented with two different yeasts and hopped with Citra hops for a nice clean, bright citrusy beer.
Beer# 2 – Beach Peach – Another Citra hopped Pale Ale, but this time featuring an infusion of peaches! A great beer for as hot as it was Sunday!
